Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Qualifications
Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, human resources or other related field. Three (3) to Five (5) years’ experience in HCM system setup/design, software support, data management and reporting required. Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred. Experience within a human resource environment preferred. A combination of experience and education will be considered.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, tools or controls and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color, vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
The majority of the work will be performed in an office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
