Barbara Baggerly-Hinojosa, Ph.D. is a wife, mother, and educator living in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. Her current research involves Servant Leadership, Gender Issues in Leadership, Spirituality in the Workplace, and Conflict Management.

Dr. Baggerly-Hinojosa conducts leadership training seminars in business, education, healthcare, and governance fields. In addition to the training seminars, Dr. Baggerly-Hinojosa is a guest writer for The Mercedes Enterprise newspaper, rgVision magazine, Fitsclusive magazine, a blogger for oneinabillionconsulting.com, and a Professor of Leadership Studies with the School of Business at Our Lady of the Lake University. Dr. Baggerly-Hinojosa is the author of three published books on leadership: "Are You a 10?", "Eres un Diez?", and "The Leadership Collection."
