We are seeking an Operations Manager for Summerville, SC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the local branch's field service and installation activities.

Job Duties:
  • Manages a team of Technicians who are responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining low voltage, critical communications, and audiovisual systems
  • Coordinate workforce with Project Management to ensure adequate technical resources are available to satisfy project scheduling requirements
  • Manage all daily activities of assigned resources to ensure clients receive effective and timely resolution of all issues in compliance with the Service Level Agreement requirements
  • Maintain service agreements and coordinate associated preventative maintenance, test protocols, and system upgrades
  • Provide direction in complex problem-solving situations and participate in direct interaction with technical resources when required
  • Proactively manage communications about technical support, operations, changes, outages, and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal resources to facilitate the professional development and growth of the team
Requirements for Success:
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of technical experience
  • Leadership or management experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional, reliable, highly organized, and punctual
  • Advanced knowledge of products, systems, and technologies utilized by the Company is a plus
  • Exhibit a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness in ensuring the successful completion of assigned duties
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and responsive attitude when escalating issues requiring immediate attention
  • Proven Customer Service Skills and willingness to deliver top-notch service to both external and internal customers
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and to show the initiative and perseverance to make the decisions that lead to acceptable solutions for our customers
  • Effectively prioritize tasks and meet established deadlines
  • Must be a responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well-organized
  • Willingness to obtain and maintain company-sponsored credentials and certifications
  • Maintain a clean driving record
