We continue to grow and we're looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales Analysis Manager to partner with our OEM and Tier 1 sales teams. This partnership will enable decisions, justification, and resource planning at all levels within the organization. What You Will Do

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly revenue, volume, and industry reporting to the organization.
  • Power BI Dashboard development and maintenance that provides the organization with the necessary variables to run and plan its business.
  • Develop and maintain a forecasting platform that allows the organization to drive toward its 1-, 5- and 10-year plan.
  • Pipeline analytics using Salesforce data from the global sales team.
  • KPI development, management and report out to the business units.
  • Sales controlling to maintain alignment with the business units and finance partners.
  • Various special projects that will support all levels in the organization through leadership.

Skills and abilities you'll need to be successful in this role include:

  • A self-motivated individual who can successfully manage and prioritize their own workload with minimal direct supervision.
  • Well organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and effectively sell solutions to both the customer and supporting Molex Business Units.
  • A sound understanding of the automotive and electronics industry including Tier1 / OEM requirements, milestones, terminology, and overall pace of the industry.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via email, phone, face to face, etc.
  • Project a professional and credible image, well respected in the marketplace.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote, PowerPoint, and Teams, software.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of related responsibilities and experience.
  • 2+ years of automotive industry experience.

What Puts You Ahead

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or Economics.
  • A solid understanding of the automotive industry, including knowledge of supply chain process, manufacturing, timing, and common terminology.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, including the ability to interpret sales data, market trends and customer behavior.
  • Forecasting ability to analyze historical data and identify potential sales trends utilizing both historical and forecast data sets.
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams or customers.
  • Understanding of automotive products sales processes, lead generation and customer value stream.
  • Familiarity with market research techniques and competitive analysis.
  • Prior usage and knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce CRM systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Flexibility to handle the changing automotive market dynamics and customer demands.
