You'll be offered extensive training, and the tight-knit working environment within the Manufacturing team means employees get additional training from their direct manager and peers when needed.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supports the operation of the Plant daily learning/understanding how established targets are met and exceeded; ensures all packing schedules are attained, products are received timely and accurately, products are shipped timely and accurately, and the warehouse stays in a state of good standing.

• Accurately and efficiently performs all assigned procedures - including receiving, shipping, distribution, material handling, picking, and goods inventory movement.
• Professionally and effectively communicate issues to leadership.
• Willingness and ability to support business needs including overtime.
• Actively participates in all change management/lean transformation activities.
• Responsible for assuring safety and quality in all actions. The role, including all day-to-day tasks and responsibilities, should therefore be driven while adhering to all applicable safety & quality management policies, procedures, and requirements to ensure an optimal level of safety & quality in both our products and services.
• Additional duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in warehouse or similar environment preferred.
• SAP knowledge/experience desired.
• Previous stock or inventory experience a plus.
• Organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Basic Digital Literacy.
• Ability to lift 30lbs.
