  • Perform support duties that design, plan, coordinate, document and administrate the Quality Assurance Training Program and training activities.
  • Applies a practical understanding of Quality Assurance Department training program policies, procedures, requirements, and its objectives to track, analyze, improve, and applies promising solutions to problems and program goals.
  • Measures the nature and extent of information or facts which the workers must understand to do acceptable work (e.g., steps, procedures, practices, rules, policies, theories, principles, and concepts) and the nature and extent of the skills needed to apply those knowledges.
  • Development of and leadership in training programs, policies, and activities. Responsibilities cover a number of major goals and efforts.
  • Improves the quality and relevance of training programs through research, development, experimentation, demonstration, dissemination, and training.
  • Work that involves responsibility for training program demands administrative skills and knowledge and skill in planning, setting priorities, and evaluating effectiveness.
  • Assures valid qualitative judgments on the soundness, feasibility, and value of training plans.
  • Plans, designs, and evaluates aspects of training maps and programs. Creates written and visual training materials used to guide trainees.
  • Monitors approved training plans, provides technical assistance on substantive training programs. Collaborates with individuals or groups to identify and assess high priority training needs.
  • Knowledge and skill in analysis, problem solving, writing, interpreting policies and regulations, and dealing effectively with people, and practical understanding of conducting surveys and analyzing data on training needs.
  • The work involves planning, advising on, and evaluating assigned workforce development projects. Work products may include development of guidance and resource materials on major problem areas in training.
  • Design, organize, prepare, and coordinate training timetables, events, and course schedules. Plans, schedules, and prepares training rooms, times, and locations for various courses and training events.
  • Skill in using job-relevant information systems and/or software applications, such as word processing, spreadsheets, automated research tools, database applications, and the Internet.
  • Perform office clerical duties such as organizing digital and paper files as well as copying and scanning documents.
  • Write newsletters and other promotional materials to market available training programs and courses.
  • Maintains and restocks conference and training rooms, refilling supplies, and performing light custodial tasks as needed to keep these areas clean and well-organized.

Salary: $75k+ to align with education and experience
