D4C Dental Brands is seeking a Sr. Director, Orthodontic Services in Atlanta, GA
Collaborates with Executive Leadership to develop a strategy for an orthodontic service line in a growing, multi-state support organization.
Leads select market teams in the identification of key performance indicators and execution of performance goals and objectives.
Identifies opportunities for operational improvement initiatives based on data analysis.
Develops and executes benchmarks and key performance indicators.
Collaborates with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems.
Establishes, implements, and communicates the strategic direction of the organization's operations division for the region(s) assigned
Collaborates with other divisions and departments to carry out the organization's goals and objectives.
Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.
Establishes, communicates, and implements operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution.
Presents periodic performance reports and metrics to the COO and other leadership.
Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in operations management.
Identifies training needs and coordinates with Training & Development leadership
Supports large projects with scheduling, planning, and resource allocation
Develops and maintains vendor relationships
Responsible for high level oversight of all assigned facilities related projects, included but not limited to, office relocations, remodels, de novo set-up etc. within assigned region
Responsible for oversight of new affiliations within the assigned region.
Reviews and analyzes operating statements on a monthly basis to ensure orthodontic office objectives are met.
Assists in preparing and maintaining annual budgets for assigned region(s).
Facilitates the implementation of and ensures adherence to all company policies, procedures and initiatives.
Performs other duties as assigned.
