This position is a Business Solutions Manager role working remotely in the US.

About you

Reporting to the Business Solutions Director, this role is responsible for providing technical expertise in national accounting software. The Business Solutions Manager will trouble shoot issues, assist with application upgrades, and ensure compliance with internal controls through ensuring system security.

In this role, you will...

  • Act as lead system administrator for accounting software including but not limited to YARDI, MRI, AVID, and CLICKPAY.

  • Supervise system analytics and other support staff working on accounting systems.

  • Assist with planning and support of software application upgrades and new system initiatives.

  • Develop training documentation and train accounting and property management staff in the applications.

  • Provide system support and troubleshoot system issues.

  • Coordinate system support with application vendors and consultants, as needed.

  • Maintains internal controls by upholding system security and ensuring proper documentation/approvals are obtained for system access.

  • Operates the accounting systems helpdesk.

  • Evaluates new technology and assists with implementation as needed.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems or accounting or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

  • Experience in Yardi, MRI, Avid and ClickPay accounting systems.

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to deal with multiple deadlines and high volume.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Desire to motivate and engage a team, both located on-site and remote.

  • High degree of discretion, confidentiality, professionalism, and a passion for success.

  • Well-developed oral, written, and interpersonal communication, with the ability to effectively interact at all organizational levels.

  • Degree and/or diploma in [related field]
