Job Description

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our growing Global Property & Casualty team! This position will provide support to IMA's Global Property & Casualty Team and customers through the entire life cycle. A successful applicant must have professionalism, possess self-direction, manage client relationships, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. This position is eligible for remote work!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare and market global renewal submissions, including gathering information and the marketing and delivery of submissions to underwriters
  • Communicate binding instructions for foreign package polices, controlled master programs, employee benefits plans, and check policies for accuracy
  • Requests loss runs from carriers and international broker partners
  • Verify and reconcile accuracy of premium and commissions
  • Responsible for policy and information entry of reverse flow accounts for partner data systems and the creation of account comparison spreadsheets and summaries for all sold and bound coverages
  • Interact professionally and timely with clients via email, phone, and in-person
  • Respond in a timely, accurate and friendly manner to Producers, Account Executives, Account Managers and other internal associates
  • Support the team by participating in the completion of all duties required to complete a project and service an account
  • Support and demonstrate IMA's core values

Required skills and experiences:

  • 3+ years of similar or related experience required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience required
  • Attain Property and Casualty license within first 30-90 days of employment, unless already licensed, required
  • Experience with MS Office products required (specifically Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Attains and/or maintains professional designation or license: CISR and/or CIC preferred
  • Intermediate EPIC Applied Systems experience preferred
  • Limited travel required (less than 25%)

$50,000$80,000 USD
