As an Air Traffic Control (ATC) Subject Matter Expert, you'll bring your technical expertise to collaborate with thought leaders in engineering on projects for Navy and Marine Corps ATC Facilities. You will research applicable ATC policies, instructions, and associated revisions to determine impacts to Navy and Marine Corps ATC facilities. You'll develop in-depth ATC IPT slide decks for briefs to be provided by the Lead to senior Navy and Marine Corps resource sponsors. You'll need to provide ATC engineering analysis for life cycle support for Navy and Marine Corps ATC equipment. In this role, you will solve ATC policy issues across the entire spectrum of Navy and Marine Corps ATC.

You Have:

• 20+ years of experience with ATC
• Experience in Active Duty
• Knowledge of Navy and Marine Corps Shore ATC equipment and operational procedures
• Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS in support of the Lead
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• HS diploma or GED
• ATC Specialist Certification

• Experience as an ATC Fleet Liaison
• Bachelor's degree
