The anticipated salary range for this role is between $145,000.00and $169,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. In addition to cash compensation, SMBC offers a competitive portfolio of benefits to its employees.

SUMMARY:

The Process Improvement and Automation Manager will be responsible for leading Jenius Bank operation efforts to leverage RPA and process improvement techniques to enhance operational productivity and increase customer satisfaction. This position will work proactively to improve performance across Jenius Bank functions by working with subject matter experts and leadership to define potential use cases for RPA and continuous improvement efforts. The leader must be innovative and a forward-thinking problem solvers with a thorough understanding of the different operational functions Jenius Bank performs. They must be capable of independently driving use case identification, documentation, testing and deployment of operational enhancements.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for scoping, designing, developing, deploying, testing, and monitoring Robotic Process Automations across Jenius Bank operations using the UiPath platform
  • Responsible for collaborating and communicating effectively with various stakeholders to define processes and prioritize list of potential process improvements
  • Proven ability to solution designs, leverage best practices, and all available tools/ resources to optimize end solution
  • Deploy, Maintain, Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing bots deployed
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Operations, Process Improvement and/or Automation
  • Ability to project manage the development and rollout of new bots.
  • Responsible for working within a fast-paced environment as part of a team to design, build, and support bots.
  • Technology skills such as knowledge of Excel and macros.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Prior working experience with UiPath
  • Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Preferred UI Path certification
