Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor existing routes & capacity for the Own Controlled Flights Operation.
  • Monitor existing flights, utilization and operational processes
  • Ensure Data quality within operational systems in order to ensure accurate planning
  • Organize and plan together with internal and external stakeholders to optimize flight utilization
  • Safeguard space commitments towards customers
  • Distribute and ensure adherence to Policies and Procedures
  • Frequent Communication with other Department on Capacity selling (GSA & Load Planning)
  • Analyse marked information and identify trends to adapt planning if required
  • Project planning for potential customer and provide solution for the need of customer
  • Plan an optimum weight and volume mix per flight based on actual bookings and freight on hand (<24 hours before departure)
  • Plan capacity utilization based on route and cargo mix
  • Manage and control pre-books and ad hoc shipments
  • Inform stakeholder in case of overbookings or underbookings
  • Give advise to internal stakeholders on cargo needed to further optimize the flights
  • Align and coordinate with hubs for acceptance and build up of oversized and special loads
  • Follow SLR "Special Load Requests" process with airlines and communicate to internal and external parties

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in Airline Yield Management, Operations and Handling
  • Profound English
  • Strong airfreight export market knowledge
  • Interest in supplier contact
  • Customer minded
  • Knowledge of cargo aircrafts
  • Experience in ULD Build processes
  • Analytical skills and awareness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills to ensure compliance and proper record keeping
  • Ability to work within a team

Pay Range:

$73,000-75,000*

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
