Position Description
Key Responsibilities
-
Assist the HR team in the analysis and dissemination of human resource data to internal and external customers.

Support special program initiatives by tracking, auditing, and ensuring the data integrity of employee information.

Provide departmental support to internal customers and HR Generalists.

Providing first line of support to walk-in customers.
Skills: Experience
-
Three to five years of administrative experience in a Human Resources or related department
-
Experience utilizing report writing software to produce customer friendly reports
-
High School Diploma or GED required, AS or BS preferred
-
Experience with high volume staffing, payroll, record keeping, benefits
Skills: Functional and Technical
-
Ability to understand and analyze ‘raw’ data
-
Support human resources initiatives with scheduling, tracking, logistics, communication and facilitation
-
Working knowledge of employment law as it pertains to record keeping
-
Possess advanced Excel skills or the willingness to learn
-
Possess basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, PowerPoint and Sametime)
-
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work
-
Possess active listening skills
-
Ability to manage confidential/sensitive data
-
Attention to detail/accuracy
