Exercises responsibility for performing research to obtain property tax data (payees and parcels) from over 26,000 tax offices for incoming loans within 15* days of receipt. Research requires the ability to locate and use multiple sources of information to cross-validate conflicting findings. Requires the ability to accurately update multiple systems for record retention, respond to client inquiries, and resolve research requests including re-construction of event history.
