I have spent 25 years, as Director of Recruiting for an Executive Search firm, and before that as a Personnel Director for a global manufacturer. In both instances I was the recipient of thousands of resumes and conducted an equal number of interviews. I was the one who assessed and evaluated resumes daily and called the shots as to who to bring in for interviews. In essence "I was the horses mouth". So I have a good handle on what belongs on a resume and perhaps more importantly what doesn't.

My approach to writing a resume or providing interview strategies is unique because having been the examiner, I write with the examiner in mind. I know what they want to see and I know what compels them to read on. Not all resumes get read. Many float to the bottom of the pile and may never see the light of day. Secondly, I write strategic resumes that communicates to a prospective employer just what your value can be to them, and not a mere laundry list of job description or an inventory of credentials.
